Our Protection Tools

Deposit Limit

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit yourself. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and any request to increase it will take time to be applied.

Time-Out Break

Use the time-out feature if you want to temporarily suspend your account for a set period. Breaks can be taken from 24 hours up to 30 days — during this time logging in or placing bets will not be possible.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion for a period of 6 months or permanently. There is no option to reactivate the account during this period, which gives you genuine protection.

Betting History Review

You can view your complete betting and deposit history at any time. Analyse your own gaming patterns and make timely decisions once you understand the trends.

24/7 Support

777gg's live chat and email support are available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. If you have any concerns about gaming, our team is ready to assist in both Bengali and English.

Account Verification

We strictly enforce age and identity verification. There is no opportunity for anyone under 21 to create an account — this is an unwavering policy of our platform.

Detailed Responsible Gaming Guidelines

See Gaming as Entertainment

Online casino and betting are purely entertainment activities. Never think of them as a source of income. Every game at 777gg is powered by a random number generator — each outcome is independent and does not depend on previous results.

Set a Budget

Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Only spend money whose loss will have no impact on your daily life. The minimum deposit at 777gg is ৳300, which helps you start with a small amount.

Stick to Time Limits

Playing for a long stretch at a time reduces focus and judgment. Set a specific time limit and always take a break once that time is up. Our time-out feature will help you with this.

Do Not Try to Chase Losses

The tendency to place larger bets to recover lost money is very dangerous. Every bet's outcome is completely independent — so the thought "I'll definitely win next time" is not correct.

Do Not Play Under the Influence of Alcohol or Substances

The ability to make decisions is reduced when under the influence of alcohol or substances. Placing bets in this state significantly increases the risk of spending too much.

Do Not Play Under Emotional Stress

Avoid gambling during difficult emotional situations — such as depression, anxiety, or personal problems. 777gg gaming is not a solution to emotional stress.

Keep Your Account Secure from Children and Teenagers

Never share your account password with anyone else in the family — especially minors. Always log out after playing on a public or shared device.

Seek Professional Help

If you feel your gambling habit is getting out of control, contact a mental health professional or counsellor. Speak openly with family and friends.

Assess Yourself

Think about the questions below. If the answer to many of them is "yes", contact our support team or take a break.

Do you often spend more than your set budget?
When you lose, do you feel frustrated or angry and want to keep playing?
Are you prioritising gaming over work, studies, or family?
Have you ever taken on debt or borrowed money from others to fund gaming?
Have you tried to stop playing but been unable to?
Have you lied to family about how much time or money you spend on gaming?

Age Restrictions and Protection of Minors

777gg is a platform operated exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. Every user must confirm their age at the time of account registration. We follow a periodic verification process, and if any account raises an age-related concern, it is suspended until an investigation is completed.

If you have someone in your home under the age of 18 or 21 and are concerned they may access the platform from your device, take protective measures. Use a PIN or password on your device and always stay logged out of the 777gg app or website.

It is recommended to use parental control software to keep minors away from online gaming. This is effective in preventing children from accessing inappropriate websites.
